CPL Written Exam Resources

Post by Dorian_Watson »

I am currently a CPL student, with about two and a half weeks to go until my written exam. I have had to push this off since last winter due to COVID so my knowledge is a little rusty. I took all my ground school for my PPL and for my CPL through Harv's Air, and have also been going through Sharper Edge for studying. I was hoping someone might have some good resources to get my knowledge up to snuff before my exam!

Only putting this up here because the majority of written exam candidates I ask have never seen or heard about this excellent resource:

https://tc.canada.ca/en/aviation/public ... e-tp-12881

If you have, good on you -- and good luck!

I did Harv's online commercial GS course. A month before the exam I studied exclusively Harvs, did all the tests and then the seven practice exams.

40% came from the PowerPoints etc, 60% came from doing those seven practice exams.

I'm an older fart but pulled off 85% on the CPAER, actually enjoyed it.....sick I know
