Looking for an Instructor Program

Hello,
I apologize in advance if I posted this in the wrong forum, I am quite new to this website.
As the subject says, recently I’ve been looking more into getting into an instructor program to obtain the rating.
I would like some recommendations to some institutions in which you folks had positive experiences in. I graduated from the Moncton College’s diploma program a few months ago and have moved back to Montreal. Looking around my local area yielded nothing, sent a few emails to schools around and received no responses.
While the College in Moncton is definitely an option, I am considering a change is scenery, hence asking for any other recommendations.
Thank you for your time.

As soon as possible really. Earlier the better but I do not mind waiting a few months and whatnot for intake dates.

I think it's really important that you find a school with a good track record of hiring its own graduates.

Look into Aviation MH in Rivière-du-Loup. In the end, you need to find a CFI that you trust will make you the best instructor you can be.

Maybe consider Alkan Air up in The Yukon.

We have a school in Fort Smith, NT. Winter is hard on the flight but it's a great time to do the ground and be ready for the spring.
It's the Terry Harrold School of aviation.
But with Alkan you will have a better view than us!

Any schools in Ontario that do this? I was looking at spectrum and brampton flight centre.
I do need a school that is a DLI.

Yes, Brampton has several class 1's to do instructor ratings. It's all self paced. Ground can be on on one, or in a group. They also hire a lot of their newly trained instructors.

Okay, I'll make sure to visit the school once I come.

Spectrum has 3 class 1 instructors and is a DLI. We prefer to hire our own graduates but it’s based on demand. There is no job guarantee. We want our instructors to be able to fly a reasonable amount rather than scratching for students.
Understood. Both Spectrum and Brampton are on my radar then and I'll vist them both.
Does Spectrum do a group ground school?
