2022 Aircraft Purchase Tax

Hey everyone,

There has been lots of talk about this new tax on aircraft over $100k. Does anyone know if this is on NEW aircraft or any non-commercial aircraft over that value?

I haven't seen anything to clarify this.

As I understand it is on New aircraft. But that will apply to used aircraft imported from the US as well.
