What is Bang Energy and what are its benefits?
Bang Energy is an energy drink that was created by Joey Miller in 2014. The drink is designed to give people a boost of energy without the crash that comes with other energy drinks. It contains no sugar, calories, or caffeine, and it is also vegan and kosher. And, unlike other energy drinks, Bang Energy doesn't include artificial flavors or colors. So, if you're looking for a healthy way to boost your energy levels, Bang Energy might be the perfect drink for you!

Bang Energy is a popular energy drink that promises to provide users with long-lasting energy and focus. So how long does Bang Energy last? According to the company, a single can of Bang Energy should provide users with hours of energy and focus. However, some users have reported feeling the effects of Bang Energy for only a few minutes before they start to crash. The “crash” is likely due to the high levels of caffeine and sugar in the drink, which can cause a sudden spike in energy levels followed by a sharp drop. So while Bang Energy may give you a quick energy boost, it will not likely last very long. If you are looking for a more sustainable source of energy, you may want to consider other options.
Are there any side effects of drinking Bang Energy drinks?
While Bang Energy drinks are marketed as a healthy alternative to sugary soft drinks, some experts have raised concerns about their safety. The main ingredient in Bang Energy drinks is caffeine, which can lead to side effects such as jitters, anxiety, and headaches. How much caffeine is in a can of Bang Energy drink, and how does this compare to other caffeinated beverages like coffee or soda pop.?
A can of Bang Energy drink contains 300 mg of caffeine, which is more than double the caffeine content of a can of soda pop and about equal to the caffeine in a cup of coffee. However, the amount of caffeine in Bang Energy drink varies depending on the flavor. For example, the "Green Apple" flavor contains only 150 mg of caffeine, while the "Purple Guava Pear" flavor contains 450 mg of caffeine. Therefore, it is important to check the label before consuming any caffeinated beverage. While the caffeine in Bang Energy drink may give you a quick energy boost, it is also important to remember that too much caffeine can lead to side effects such as anxiety, insomnia, and irregular heartbeat. Therefore, it is best to consume caffeinated beverages in moderation.
Should you drink Bang Energy every day, or is it better to space out your consumption over time.?

Re: FAA Class 3 Medical - Does it meet ICAO Class 2 standards?
I am not a doctor so I can't contrast the medical standards but an FAA (or Transport Canada) Third Class/Category 3 Medical is an equivalent of an ICAO Class 2 Medical. An ICAO Class 2 Medical Assessment applies to the applicants for, and holders of private pilot licenses, glider pilot licenses and free balloon pilot licenses. The United States does not require medical certificates for balloon or glider pilots exercising private pilot privileges, although Canada does.
ICAO Class 3 Medical Assessments apply to holders of air traffic controller licenses and, as of November 3, 2022, remote pilot licenses.
If you want to dig deeper into this, ICAO Annex 1, Chapter 6 is your reference.
