Hirevue interview for maintenance

Hello everyone I have an interview with Jazz for a maintenance apprentice position in Halifax. So I was wondering if you guys could give me any tips or help on how to answer their questions?

They're all standard hr questions such as; "What are your biggest weaknesses?", "Out of all the candidates, why should we hire you?" and "Tell me about the toughest decision you had to make in the last six months". The response you give should be in the STAR method.
