Study 1: sample size of 99 patients from 43 hospitals. Extremely small samples make for inaccurate data.

Study 2: sample size of 1 patient. Individuals are not a sampling of the population.

Study 3: sample size of 1.

Case 4: explicitly states that complications are extremely rare

Case: 5: sample size of "a few"

Seriously, none of these are studies. They are reports on extremely small sample groups that have had abnormal reactions.

Then there are studies that show that the majority of negative reactions are "nocebo" (opposite of placebo?) based.
