I think the guy filming it was my old flight instructor. I learned a lot from him.

So was that a trail strike? Hard to say It seemed awfully close. I wonder if the light came on in the flight deck.

Someone said in the comments that it wasn't a strike because the aircraft never left service for an inspection/repair. Pretty damn close, I think they got away with this one by the skin of their teeth.

If that wasn't a tail strike it was damn close. Wasn't rocking and rolling too bad on approach though.

Might have only lightly contacted the Skid Plate, where they could address it at the next maintenance interval.
