Not a controller but I've been told they get TAS, so pilots have to be a bit extra careful about being more than 5% off on their planned TAS as well as with crossing restrictions during a STAR

TAS and IAS are optional in ADS-B, and if you have a look on adbsexchange you'll see that none of the airliners seem to actually have it.
