In another thread a 10 year NB CA says they make $245k with 1 OT trip. Where does the extra $40-45k come from beyond the pay table above?

That’s the min guarantee at 75 hrs. I don’t know if any NB CA is working that little. Most doing 80-85. Per Diem. Training. Few more extras. Edit to add when you’re getting 80-85 you’re only sitting in the seat for maybe 60-65.

Do these 2022 base rate increase at 2% per annum?
Let say, today a year 5 FO is making 109.58. Someone starting today on the same fleet and position could see a 10% bump (5x2%) 5 years from now, making the base salary 120.53?

I hope my question is clear.

Thanks
Yes.

Or hopefully better than that, because we negotiate better rates between now and 5 years from now.

Thanks. How many credits does a WB FO average in a month? Can they also expect to make 25% more than the pay table?

I couldn’t say. I know the Nav and Overseas pay WB pilots receive aren’t included in the pay tables but hopefully a WB pilot can chime in and let you know.

The pay rates are hourly and within the bidding system you can ask for more hours, all training events aren’t included either.

The best rule of thumb at AC is take the hourly rate, multiply by 1000, that’s what you can expect to earn on your T4. So a 10 year 320 CA day night blended rate is $229/hr. You could expect to make $229k/yr. The same logic applies to widebody positions as well
