Lots of covidians here love these measures and will cheer on as these aviation employees being terminated. You have the retired covidians who think the working age group should bend over backwards to protect the elderly, even if this means it costs their careers. You have the young covidians who are eager to move up the seniority ladder and cheer on termination as a career advancement accelerant.

Tam says two doses of vaccines is not effective against Omicron. If they were going to “follow the science” it’s only logical to enforce more vaccines, especially if a new one comes up specifically designed for variants. If you have any issues with how this was handled you best be getting your resume polished up. These airlines will do it again, more mandatory vaccines and similar policies can be expected. What’s scary is how the openly ignore the science and double down at the same time our federal government is admitting they got it wrong.
