Is it going to be hard finding a job after getting the instructor rating in Canada, specifically Vancouver? I heard very different opinions on this question. I am very worried if I can't find a job after getting the instructor rating and have accumulate the hours with my own money.

FTUs in the lower mainland are already starting to lose instructors and I had someone cold call one of my instructors while we were having a chat in the office in between flights. I’m sure you won’t have time finding a job after the rating. I’d recommend you do it with someone who has a good record of hiring their own instructors after the rating like say Principal Air out of YXX.
