Category 3 Medical Exam

What normally happens on this exam? Trying to get my PPL and kind of having some anxiety about it. Is it mainly a questionnaire and a few small tests or how does it work?

Physical exam, eye tests, pee-on-stick, health history and lifestyle interview. Hearing test and ECG based on your age.
