I wonder why the name is sensored? I will have to jump on the NEXT JET to Toronto to find out who has just had their O/C pulled. No tea for me on the NEXT JET to toronto...nope...
I check the website. They make it appear that they run everything from a Global Express to an ATR and all sorts of "jets" in between. In reality all I could confirm was a Cessna 310 and a Merlin. Here's a quote I particularly enjoyed reading from their website:
The NexJet aircraft fleet consists of the Pressurized Turbine Powered Executive Jets (Merlin), with spacious interior.
Well, given that we all get the benefits of being AvCanadians without being obliged to spend a single devalued $0.01 CDN, I don't have a problem with the administrator and mods chosing to censor certain words/names/company names in order to protect themselves from potential lawsuits.
I personally think that the concept of a lawsuit against a forum because of the content that is uploaded by a third party is ridiculous. One might as well sue the Bic company because one of their pens was used to write a slanderous letter. But until there's legal precedent to demonstrate that the folks responsible for the forum aren't liable for what third parties post, then I'm okay with seeing a few *s.
