Dear Minister Alghabra,
Rogers got its act back together in five days.
Since the onset of the pandemic, the aviation community has been stuck with wait times exceeding five months for medical certificates, registration transfers, licensing and ratings.
Please transfer Transport Canada administration functions to Rogers.
One of many exasperated pilots and owners helplessly shackled to an ineffectual monopoly. We'll take one that actually works excepting five days.

When you realize aviation in Canada is under intentional downward pressure, you'll understand why nothing under Federal control has been actioned to alleviate capacity issues, and a whole raft of other decisions and ommisions will also start making sense.
