Sucks. Last I heard pay was still $7.25/hr for the ramp. Doesn't get much better until your a captain on a turbine.

I hope you don't have a family to support or a lot of bills with making 7.25/hr. Ouch

Yeah 7.25/hour minus your housing and cost to get to where ever the hell they send you. They don't like to pay overtime either. I worked from 10 -16hours a day even a few 20 hour shifts (7 days a week) and often only got paid for 8 hours. Yeah I know I should have done something about it, but I was hoping for a FO job....But now I fly a desk in the Oil and Gas industry in YYC and get paid more than enough to fly for fun, when and where I want.
Not the best company, and especially right now, they have too many low time FO's and tons of Rampies/Dock hands waiting. You can expect at least 2 seasons on the ground.

yeah their rampies are now getting paid 9.00$/hr. finally raised the wage cause all their southern rampies who don't get housing had to get second full time jobs just to live...guess the company got tired of them falling asleep at work to make sure they had a roof and food ...

Woohoo! An extra $70 a week (gross)? WOW!
Time to re-submit an application!
Be careful where you spend all that cash now that you're in reach of that 'magical' $1000/mth! It might put you up into the next tax bracket.
Cheers and good luck to all those waiting.

CMA pays 50 cents more, but full time ramp equal to F/O pay

A little short term pain for long term gain........
If you're worried about pay you're in the wrong industry !
