Trying to find info about commuting with PASCO. I’m specifically trying to find out whether they still provide paid confirmed commuting for pilots within the network

Also, is there still a pilot base at Comox?

They do provide confirmed seats for the flight crew
No YQQ base. Just YVR and YYJ
