DASH 8 (1,2 & 300) issues

I'm a maintenance instructor on Dash 8-100 aircraft.

I'm looking for some maintenance issues stories, one's that made you scratch your head or made you pause to figure out.


I am aware of TC's SDR's and I participate in the deHavilland DASH 8 maintenance steering committee. I am looking for any new and different maintenance issues you may have ran across that I can teach and make aware of for my classes.
