CAR 703 (2)(b) explicitly states that the Operations Manager referred to in (b)(i) is to be employed on a full-time basis.

The CARs definition of full time is pretty broad. You can be “employed on a full time basis” but work substantially fewer hours than what employment standards characterize as full time if the operation is a part time operation.
employed on a full-time basis means working for an air operator on a continuous basis for at least the number of hours required to carry out the duties of the position for the safe operation of the commercial air service;
Regardless, the job description is pretty extensive and stating that the job is only 50 hours/month and asking to state salary expectation raises some red flags.

With just one plane is it one of those deals where one of the pilots is also Ops Manager to keep TC happy? Would this person be expected to be CP as well?
