RAIC Application

I have been out of Canada for more than 24 months because I took my college in the Philippines since 2018. I go back and forth Canada every year since then and renewed my PR card on 2020 so my new PR card will expire in December 2025.

I have submitted all the necessary OCC documents needed such as proofs and Police Clearanxe.

Do you think I will be able to obtain a RAIC? Or there will be a problem if they see that I have been out of Canada for almost 4 years?
