It is 100% brutal that all of our positions pay so low, but especially the WB.

All the pay here is far far behind, particularly FO & NB pay, and of course the new hire hazing ritual that is flat pay.

The contract is going to get dumped next year, get ready to expect and accept nothing less than full of restoration of what our Legacy contract once was.

Ok so I admit after reading the comments above how insensitive and damaging my remark was

It's just hard not to buy into management rhetoric when your union just spews out the same message

I'm hoping the days of members seeking out individualistic ways to make more money is in the past and in the future we can find solidarity as a group to make mass gains. We need to be the leaders in this country and there never has been a better time to right historic wrongs.
