It makes sense that small local airlines are the most loved ones, or at least the most talked about. People actually *need* them, as they are often the only ones around.

Wow 10 years ago I definitely would not have thought Westjet would become the 4th most hated airline in the world. They cared more about their image and reputation than any other company I knew of at the time. I certainly hope they can turn it around in the coming decade. Anyways good to see Bearskin, Pacific Costal and Canadian North make the top 10 list. Glad to see some Canadian airlines know how to care for their customers.

I can definitely say without a doubt there is no Kasabonicas Favourite Chicken in Sour Outlook (YXL)

Bearskin doesn’t actually carry many natives. 90% of their passenger count is business travellers. Sure they fly to YXL, but that’s about as remote as it gets. They don’t have any scheduled flights to any gravel strips north of YXL (Unless its a charter). Their busiest route is usually YSB - YAM - YQT for business travel.

All of the reserve flying is left to Wasaya, Perimeter, or North Star.

Yes bearskin is technically part of perimeter, but it’s a separate brand with separate tickets.

Way to go Canada. We took 5 out of 10 most hated and that includes out flag carrier. Being unfortunate frequent flyer I m not surprised.
