Wanted to get some insight on the walk-in interview Flair is doing? Anyone attending upcoming ones? How it stands vs applying online?

Re: Walk-In Interview
It's worth it because it gets you to the top of the resume pile even if only for 5 minutes. You get the chance to meet the actual hiring team regardless of your total time or experience. I know the YYZ hiring fair last year was lots of current Seneca students who didn't even have their CPL yet, and they got to walk right in a sit down with HR to ask questions and go over their resumes when otherwise they wouldn't even meet the minimum application qualifications.
If you're close to whatever our minimum hours are and make a good impression you could well find yourself with a job offer on the spot. If you're missing something specific that the hiring team wants to see, you'll leave with a clear idea of what you need to do to move to the next step in your career.

Don't count your chickens before they hatch, especially with four airplanes repossessed due to being in arrears on lease payments.
