I considering buying a portable O2 system and I'm wondering if they are any good? And does anybody have one for sale?

Try the SkyOx web site. They've got a wide variety of units and half descent prices. If you can order under a company letter head you can get some good prices. They have quite a mark up. They won't advertise this unless you question them. I've used the SK 12-24 and the SK 11-40 they work great with the Oxymizer, try the boom style canula, the regular nasal canula sucks (pretty uncomfortable around the ears). If you've got the bucks go for the mask with the integrated mic.
