6 more tails being added. (29 to 35). No details on timeline or bases but flying out of YOW is already increasing…. YOW E2 base “inevitable”, again no timeline. YHU Pilot base timeline mid-late 2024.

It won't be a problem for Porter to find additional Q400's. Last I heard there were over a 100 of them parked.

Isn't Encore also reducing their fleet from 50 tails down to 30 as they pull out of YYZ?

Finding 6 Q4s not gonna be hard. I bet porter already has a deal in place.

I am confident that there is no deal with WestJet to acquire Q400s. There are too many differences that they could reduce by acquiring FlyBe aircraft.

Neither Horizon or Encore Q400s are equipped for steep approaches.

Prob 1000X times easier to find 6 Q's, versus finding 30 pilots that want to fly them.
