Next GS invites?
Does anyone know for which GS they are sending out invites?
And how long does they take to come back after the Interview?

Re: Next GS invites?
April 01st seniority list is 1401 pilots. Has not been that few in a long time (pre GGN/SKV consolidation).
67 pilots hired so far in 2023. That is an average of 22 per month. That will not keep up with attrition.

Re: Next GS invites?
I would guess around 800 active pilots.Loon-A-Tic wrote: ↑Sat Apr 01, 2023 6:11 amWhat number is required to support the future 80 fin baseline ?

Be about 1100 to account for training pilots, I believe we usually have 12 pilots per fin but this would also depend on utilization too.Loon-A-Tic wrote: ↑Sat Apr 01, 2023 6:11 amWhat number is required to support the future 80 fin baseline ?

Re: Next GS invites?
just finished my online interview one day before you, haven't heard anything yet, maybe we could exchange info we have?
Re: Next GS invites?
Shouldn’t you be preparing for your Encore interview instead of worrying about how to figure out how many Jazz has hired.
You are in every thread trying to gather intel on ground schools, doesn’t seem you’re just curious, what’s your angle.

You really need to relax. I have had you attack me on the forum in multiple occasions and I have found the best thing to do is laugh it off. You are what we call a troll, and will stop at nothing to ensure everyone is as miserable as you. A word of advice, disconnect from technology for a bit. And use your flight benefits to get away. Jazz has some of the best in Canadacdnavater wrote: ↑Sun Apr 02, 2023 6:53 pmShouldn’t you be preparing for your Encore interview instead of worrying about how to figure out how many Jazz has hired.

Ok, apologies, I was asking because you are literally in every airline forum asking similar questions, short answer is you need to be an employee to get this information and it would take a little digging
Re: Next GS invites?
80 fully utilized fins would require approximately 1000 active line pilots. Current list includes inactive pilots (LOA/med leave/mgmnt) and Training Dept pilots (Sim/GS/CCP A).Loon-A-Tic wrote: ↑Sat Apr 01, 2023 6:11 amWhat number is required to support the future 80 fin baseline ?
There are currently approximately 1130 active Jazz pilots. However, that number declines nearly daily.
The bottom Pilot from June 2021 has moved up over 500 numbers but there are 300 less total pilots on the list.
No Jazz pilots were hired in 2021.
Pilots hired in 2022 that still work at Jazz is 138.
Pilots hired in 2023 that still work at Jazz is 67.
Since April 2020, Jazz has retained just 205 pilots that were hired.
The bottom Pilot from Dec 31 2022 has moved up 135 numbers. That is an equivalent resignation rate of 1.5 pilots per day for 2023.

Such losses in staffing cannot be sustainable for very long....somethings gotta give and soon.
