Marshalling a plane while standing with your back to the sun at sunrise or set, then wondering why the pilot doesn't respond to your signals... timed of course.

Most possible damage to a 737 with a de-ice truck in one hit.

but seriously...

ya, i got nothing

I always enjoy watching the 100 yard dash for leftover catering!!
Usually just a bunch of crap like cantelope, watermelon and 3 shrivelled up grapes.

How about the Fuel Truck slalom - a timed event.
A course is setup down the ramp with various aircraft.
The aircraft start small and then become bigger as the course continues.
Bonus points to fuel each plane as you go by.

-How to @#$! the dog on a slow day. Seriously, if the boss is around this can become a fine art.
-Timing other chores in order to be busy whenever a lav or honeypot needs to be done.

Best thing I can say about them is they produce volunteers for pretty much any job available when the other option is dragging a fuel hose back and forth and up and down a ladder half a dozen times.

More difficult is the "stoop and pickup" chock carry relay event. It is increasingly only done by pilots

An aircraft turn, Timed.

-Full load of Bags Off/On
-Lav Dump and prime
-1 or 2 Straight backs on the plane.
-Coffee for the F/A (at the last minute)

I liked the Avgas in the eye run because it's true.

Tug skills course. At no more than 25 kph. With a train of 6 luggage carts

Luggage toss (distance and splater)

and last would be "put the nose gear on the T marshalling"
