Our CEO has said time and time again he doesn’t care about Encore guys quitting. They unfortunately won’t be receiving any lifeline out of CA2.

Encore is set up to train future Air Canada Pilots, and Jazz future Westjet Pilots. So no care for either by their respective companies.
