complex file trying to get my CAT 1 medical

I’ve done all the additional testing transport Canada has asked me to get done as of this point. They sent me this letter today asking me two get done two practical in flight test. The lady at transport Canada who issued me the letter said it would be the last of the tests. I have monocular vision and made it this far. Should I be worried or not ? I’ll attach the practical test which seem easy too be honest
