I do not have any details but it appears Jim Tweto from The Flying Wild Alaska TV Show has died in a plane crash.

One article I read stated that the plane failed to climb on take off and crashed. Both he and his passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. A Garmin InReach triggered the SOS that alerted authorities to the crash.
