I don’t work at encore so I cannot comment specifically on their interview. But I will give you some generic advice.
Number one…. Be yourself. They can see right through the lies.
Two, you’ll always get the general questions such as : have you ever failed a ppc? But expect at least 4-5 behavioral type questions. E.g. tell me a time where you deviated from SOPs and why? I suggest you search up the STAR method on Google on how to answer these questions bests.
Go back in your mind and try and remember memorable events in your career…. Good and bad. That will be a good starting point.
Be polite, dress nicely. You’ll be fine.
