Just to be clear, you're looking for average salaries of CHARTER pilots flying corporate jets, not corporate pilots, correct?

Airsprint is public about their salaries. Google "Air Sprint Pilot Career Guide 2023" the short of it is ~80K FO, ~135K CA

If you're above that you're above average, below is below average.

Perhaps 135k is average for a captain starting wage but 80k for a first year FO is about as high as it gets right now. Or at least WELL above average.

It’s shit pay. No disrespect intended to either companies mentioned but they are accountable to their execs (owners) and the respective salaries are haven’t changed much over the years.

I’m genuinely surprised that the « good guys » haven’t started squeezing the owners for better pay in order to retain their current pilots.

The 604 world will eventually (fingers crossed) increase wages but I suspect most will be last to do so.

Frankly I’m surprised they are getting qualified CV’s at the current wages offered…

Here’s a lesson directed towards the OP

Don’t sell yourself short. They need people to warm a seat. Don’t sell yourself and your peers short.

All the best,

TPC

Must be nice, but that’s not relevant to Canadian aviation

Nice flex on your part. (Who are you trying to rub your shit rag on though?)

Glad it’s worked out for you stateside.

All the best,

TPC

Chartright pays more than that amount for their FOs as well based on any numbers I've seen. Particularly with updates to pay, I think 80k plus is the standard at most companies of a decent size now
