High turnover there maybe, seems to be a posting every year there. Wouldn’t be surprised they have 1 year bonds and when that’s up people leave.

Good company, semi-erratic schedule. Low pay is what drives a lot of guys out. Unless you are local and set on living there, many better paying options out there.
