The interview includes an oral and written exam via zoom... (not shitting you). Its not hard. That said, its a shitty place to work with many better options out there so the real question to ask is why work there? Only good reason to choose Keewatin is if you live in some place with no aviation opportunities at all, and don't want to move so the rotation is only path for you.
