KFC is hiring B727 SOs, if you’re already trained you can start tomorrow. Just go to the Flightcraft website: http://www.flightcraft.ca and e-mail in a resume.
Only the Captains stay for the most part, the FOs and SOs leave when opportunities arise. We have lost many to AC, Harmony, WestJet, Sunwing, and Cathay. Curently we are severely understaffed (from a pilots perspective) where many FOs and SOs are working enough to get an extra months and a half pay every quarter at time and a half rates.

Yes AC is hiring but you must be a student at Seneca. I hate to burst your bubble but AC will not be hiring you with 200hrs. There are about million plus people with the same qualifications as you. So dont be counting on that!
Sorry but I couldn't hold it back. Whats with these colleges telling their students all this B.S. You'll have to do it like everyone else did.

HA!
I've never known anyone who will hire you today and put you on a course tommorow. Not likely to happen either.
It has happend to me on my last 3 jobs. All large jets. The last 2 places I worked my first day of work was on the course.
It is not unusual if you have the expereince and skill level the employer is looking for.As well as good ref's and attitude.
Actually in today's market you are more likely to get a course quicker as AME's are in demand and your are not as useful if you cannot sign off the aircraft.
I would think Sunwing would be a good bet soon, maybe CJ and even Wright International. You may need to a few months of probabtrion but I did not before the endorsements.
Good luck.

Canada 3000 used to do it. Air Canada will do it, but they ain't hiring right now. Westjet would probably give you the endorsement pretty quick.

-------->the last time i checked, the upper guys are cheaping out on everything, overtime, even gloves!!! Running a course??? maybe not at this time!!! They will stress out the manpower until a lot of guys leave, and realize that it's too late!!!
