What is "PTC avbl" mean in CFS?
I can't find the meaning of this short form in CFS or AIM. It appears in CFS CYAZ Tofino Comm sxn "RCO: Hardy rdo PTC avbl (RAAS)". Had a similar problem with "TR" in metar; not listed as an official short form anywhere I could find. Had to ask an FSS friend who looked at me like I was an idiot : "Trace!, of course! " What is PTC?
