Which 705 operators hire without needing 705 experience?

I’m definitely not qualified for them. I’ve had no luck with Porter, jazz or encore to date. I was wondering if smaller 705 operators such as Central Mountain Air, Perimeter, Wasaya hire without any 705 experience or would one need to start as ramp attendant to prove someone with a lot of 703/704/604 experience can be successful in 705 ops trading program and line duties.

Air canada is hiring 703/704/604 time, it’s not your experience so it must be something else.

P.S. to even suggest someone with lots of 703/704/604 time should go on the ramp somewhere to get 705 time makes me think this is a troll thread

I’m not sure. I apply through companies hiring portals along with everyone else.
I’d have no problem working ramp to prove my ability to pass initial 705 ops training and be successful with line duties.

All of them. As long as you have a few hours. If you only have 250 then less.
