Quikair suspended into Penticton by TC?

Quikair states that it has 'voluntarily' suspended service into Penticton due to a Transport issue. In a press article, it stated that they had 'not written down' certain procedures that were unique to Penticton, but that passengers were at no time in danger, however Transport is quoted as stating that Quikair has failed to comply with proper flight procedures and their license has been revoked.

Is this all to do with the rate of climb out regs?

What idiot gave them an O.C? Accident waiting to happen and when it does the same questions will come up.......why didn't anyone do something?

They have very questionable owners, who I unfortunately have known in the past, and IMHO have screwed many and they often act as if the rules do not apply to themselves. I have seen it first hand a few times. I know a couple of their pilots and their good guys and as is often the case a company may have some very good crews but its the owners and management who screw it up and if left unattended too long will end up killing someone.

That all failing I have many years in the J31; the J31 or the 32 is not a machine to take into or more importantly attempt to take out of CYYF. I am very surprised that T.C even let that one go as far as it did.

But that’s only my opinion and observations.

So what's wrong with the shitstream in YYF?? We used to operate them in and out of there no problem years ago when it was called AirBC...

Good for you TubeDriver! What kind of response is " I Know who you are", what are you trying to intimidate, or muzzle Slowstream? I do not know who either of you are....Don't really care, but your attitude TubeDriver really irks me. Oh, I can totally verify Slowstreams remarks about QuikAir and the entire gang running it....I have seen these guys for years, been involved with them a long time ago, and I can honestly say that I do not trust them and would not lend them a nickle, nor would I recommend anyone work for them.

Just amazes me how many people are willing to trash others as long as they dont have to do it face to face.

If you really beleive they will kill someone then do something about it with all your evidence. Personelly running around mouthing of about companies going to Kill people is not good.
