Probably the same as every other interview in aviation.

Lots of knowledge about this on avcanada so search interview questions on this site, or just type aviation interview pilot questions on Google. Pump a couple keywords from dauntless’ website such as “safety” and “on time performance” and you’ll be the next lion king or lynx king. Sorry, I forget movie titles easily.
