It's not easy to find payscales for anything other than the US based freighter fleet.
Like the person above said, check out pprune.org, more specifically the fragrant harbour and fragrant harbour wannabees sections.

All in all, they pay very well, especially if you include the generous housing allowance they provide for Hong Kong based expats.
