WANTED: Post-1970 model Cessna 172 (any variant considered)

Greetings all,

I reside in the Lower Mainland and am currently employed as a flight crew member for a Cargo airline flying the Boeing 757/767 fleet. I am soughting after a Cessna 172 as described in subject, and located most anywhere within North America but would be willing to pay up to CAD 150k for a local (BC/AB) low-time sample with a clean history.
