February 2, 2023, I applied.
April 17, 2023, I wrote FEAST.
April 25, 2023, I was emailed that I meet requirement for FSS, eligible for interview, but not for ATC.
October 30, 2023, I received email saying "Hey there, don’t worry we haven’t forgotten about you!"
It's pretty sad and frustrating seeing people fly through the process and I'm being dragged along waiting and hoping.
At this point I have to believe that even though I qualified for FSS my score must be so low that I'm in some reject group that passed but will never get invited for interview.
Is there any hope for me at this point?
Waiting for Interview for over 12 months, give up hope?

I don’t think you should give up hope, but it could be 3 years before you get called. From my understanding FSS only interviews happen very infrequently
They partnered with CAE in Montreal to increase training capacity so that definitely works in your favour

I did the online assessment in January 2022 and I was contacted to FEAST in October 2023. You're never out of it until your application expires. I'm currently on standby for a seat in YYZ for IFR in Nov.

My initial assessment was early 2022 and got accepted into the pool end of 2022.
FSS offer mid 2023 (declined).
Standby IFR offer end or 2023 (did not get a seat)
Got my full seat offer a few weeks ago for fall 2024. It can take serious time.
Best advice I was given was to live life assuming you won't get in (most don't) - and you can make a decision on an offer if/when things happen, depending where you are in your life at that time.
I swear 90% of 2022 & 2023 was filled with anxiety waiting to hear back and hoping. I wouldn't recommend that route.
