Looking for Class 1 Flight Instructor South East BC

Hi,

I'm looking for a Class 1 Flight Instructor for my Class 4 Instructor Rating. I live in Cranbrook BC, a beautiful part of Canada with many recreational opportunities. I own a Cessna 140 on bush tires that can be used for training, also available is a Cessna 172 for any portion of the training. I have 700hrs and Group 1 IFR. Accommodation can be provided however it includes screaming kids upstairs.

I know Cranbrook, BC is an area with great recreational opportunities. The availability of Cessna 140 and 172 aircraft is a plus. However, the "screaming kids on board" accommodations can be a turn off for potential instructors.

Haha, I know, just being honest. I also have a small RV I could setup for the lucky pilot!

TBH I figure this was a long shot but I though maybe there was someone in Canada looking for a reason to enjoy the mountains for a few weeks or months.

The offer/request still stands but I'm pursuing a more conventional way.
