The last few months I've experienced what seemed to be random avcanada outages, but when I tried to access the forum via another device it did work. Looks like some anti spam filter is set up a bit too strict.
One way that seems to trigger it, is using the 'view more smilies' link. When you click through a few pages quickly, and then try to create a post, it will seem as if avacanada is offline.
Perhaps a good idea to relax that a bit? Especially for logged in users with a proven track record so to speak?

Forum randomly blocking access
As an AvCanada discussion grows longer:
-the probability of 'entitlement' being mentioned, approaches 1
-one will be accused of using bad airmanship
