I am curious how many of you have been eligible for offer for over a year then received an offer. I have been eligible for ATC and FSS since Summer 2023 and have not heard anything from NavCanada. I don't really expect to hear back at this point and I understand it's a waiting game but I would love to hear some positive stories!

Hey there! I had my interview in early August 2023 and was eligible for an offer shortly after that. I'd also given up on hearing back but received an offer for FSS at Montreal CAE in March 2025 and it came mid-August of this year. It's definitely a waiting game so keep your information up to date! Hope you hear back.

For those curious, my interview was Jan 2024 and I got my offer Mid-Late August 2024.

I had my interview in March of 2024, standby offer in June 2024 changed to a firm offer Oct 2024. Between Feast and my interview there was almost a year wait. Best of luck, hope you hear back soon

I was in a similar situation — I was eligible for just over a year before I finally got the offer. It honestly felt like forever, and I had pretty much given up hope at one point. But out of nowhere, I got the call! word hurdle
