How to resume my training? need ur help

At the beginning, I like to thank those guys who benefit others with their replies so much.
I started my flight training a few years ago then stopped. Now, I want to continue it. I try to save money but not sure how would it cost me and what is the cheapest way to do it. I will ask about a few things I really need to know. Your openion is really helpful and appreciated.
1- I have done only 40 hrs of PPL. I have heard that the CPL + IFR can be finished in 6 months. Is it doable?
2- I go to a flight school. But is it a good idea and cheaper to buy a share of an airplane to finish the training. And how does it work? do just pay an amount for example $5000 and just fly for a specific number of hrs or do I still have to pay for renting the plane after buying the share.
3- How can someone be a captain? how long does it take and what is the best way to achieve that.
4- How can I find people who like to sell some air-time in BC lower Mainland?
5- And how many hours required for someone to obtain the ATPL?
Thanks a lot
