Dec 17 is Investor day. The only rumour I heard was the MAX going to Rouge.

Nothing specific but seems to be from a source that would imply it has to do with the CIRB, maybe a settlement on that issue.

200k a head minimum is what's expected, no change in seniority

The max going to rouge isn’t a rumour. There is a letter of understanding in our agreement on how the max’s will transfer and how the 320s will come back.

Jazz is tier 2, so not really a problem!
As for your insinuation, I doubt they would make an announcement that would put the CIRB arbitration in jeopardy.
I still think they have come to an agreement regarding that, this would have a material effect on investors, as no doubt it will have a big price tag on it.

Market not too impressed with ‘Reaching New Frontiers’ plan. -8% price change this morning.

Every carrier wants capacity growth to lower unit cost and increase revenue/EBITA. But growth never happens in a competitive vacuum.

If this plan comes to fruition, AC pilots will be pleased.
