question for current Georgian pilots

I'm looking into Georgian but need some info from current drivers. if you could pm me about details of pay for F/O, Capt on the 1900, per diems, schedule, time to upgrade etc. thanks in advance!

F/O starts at $27K :( upto about $39K Capt: $45K - $70K :o
P/D about $1.54/hr
Schedule is based on seniority bid - crappy to awesome!
Time to upgrade - given the hiring by AC and others - under 1 year if you're willing to relocate to YUL or YHZ
Overall a good company to work for...new contract being negotiated so a lot may change.
