Pretty sure W&B is under general knowledge (flight ops).

Nav might incorperate weight into a cross country planning exercise, but usually they would just give you the fuel quantity on board and then ask if you have enough for the given conditions. They may also ask you something like, would you have to make an extra stop. ALso reserves are important.

Also what if the winds are stonger then you anticipated etc.....

You're likely to get a find you position type question, using bearings to NDB's or VOR's......This was definately on it actually now that i think about it......so remember to convert to true and relative bearing and all that type of stuff.....

If you have any specific questions you can pm me, i can try to help......

Treat the NAV section of the exam like you're building furniture - measure twice and cut once. It's really easy to make a simple mistake - and you can bet your ass that one of the responses on the test will reflect that simple error. You should be able to tighten up your score enough to pass just by being really careful on that stuff.

Good luck on the rewrite, don't let it get you down, and if you have any other questions regarding specific areas you pooched make sure you post.

Its not for the re-write...I goofed too. Pass the second time around with an 86%. Shouldve studied harder and paid more attention the first time.
