I have 2000TT. Just missing the total night time for my ATPL. Based in YYC and would like to move to an airline. Been working rotational jobs for my career thus far. Wondering what the upgrade time would be if I went to Encore, got my night time there and got the license signed off? Any info is greatly appreciated!

Do you like the rotational work? Want to stay in YYC? I would look at Air Sprint. Get jet time, probably upgrade in 18mos or less. Do way more interesting flying. As an FO at Air Sprint you'll make almost as much as starting CA wages at Encore. Jet PIC will get you in at any airline should you want to make the move eventually.

I don't know why anyone would go to Encore (or Jazz) atm. Poverty wages and demoralizing working environment. Flow is a myth. The fact they are trying to hire TFWs should tell you everything you need to know. Garbage company. Stay away.

Your choices are limited to only whoever is hiring. That's why pilots would do those jobs.

Upgrade time would be as soon as your ATPL is signed off and you pass the upgrade.

As stated above, I wouldn't count on flow to Mainline to be quick, but if you're happy to work at Encore for a while they're desperate for Captains.

I don’t think anyone is going to Encore with flow in mind these days. It’s a thing of the past. They haven’t flowed for years, and I believe are only allowing 20 to flow later this year. No one is gonna wait at Encore 10+ years to go start at the bottom at WJ after. You’ll be at AC or Porter within a year of upgrading.
