What’s an “Old Flight Permit”?
I’m looking at a project that hasn’t flown in about 45 years and its entry in the historical registry says “Old Flight Permit - Private Aircraft.” I’m not super familiar with current or obsolete bases for registration so what’s that mean? Did the terminology change or is this thing just sort of orphaned to the regulator?
